Jesse James Scores Win at Amsoil Duluth Nationals in Season Opener

Team at BoonvilleNovember 23-24, 2012 - Jesse James raced to one win and one third place finish in the  Sport division at the ISOC Duluth Nationals on Thanksgiving weekend. This was no small feat, as Jesse had to compete in a division with over 100 entries each day.  In order to make Sunday's final Jesse had to race the last chance qualifier (LCQ) despite posting 2 runner-up finishes in his qualifying rounds.  Jesse won the LCQ round to earn a back row start in Sunday's final.

At the start, Jesse was quick on the trigger and found an opening between the sleds in front of him and shot out to the front to grab the holeshot before the field even made it to the tabletop start/finish.  A remarkable feat that had everyone on their feet.

Jesse's off-season training regimen paid off big time.  As the race progressed, Jesse's lead expanded every lap to finish his flag-to-flag win with a comfortable margin over Zac Mason & Braydon Love.

In Saturday's Sport action, Jesse posted 2 wins to earn a front row start in the final.  In a very competitive final, Jesse had to settle for the third place finish behind Mason & Love.  Payback was sweet on Sunday as Jesse outraced Mason and Love for the win.  Jesse James and Miksen Racing look to carry the Duluth momentum into Burke Mt. for the East Coast Snocross season opener on December 8-9. Jesse will be competing in the ECS Pro-Lite Division and will do so with a nice, big target on his back.

Jesse James Teams With Ski-doo & Ingles Performance For 2012-13 Season

Miksen Racing is back into the racing scene, only not in dirt modifieds.  Mike Sena, team owner, and nephew, Jesse James Bonaduce have joined forces to make a run at the East Coast Snocross Pro-Lite Division Championship.  Also riding for their team will be Zac Roberts from Rome, NY, who will be competing in the 13-14 year old Junior Division.

"We are so fortunate to have the support of the Ski-doo Corporate Racing division.  That is the kind of support you need to be able to compete at this level.  Ingles Performance will be another one of our main sponsors.  Without Robin and Mike, there would be a missing link in our program."  Jesse James and Ingles Performance teamed together last year and they are returning for a second year.  "Ingles Performance is our primary sponsor after Ski-doo", says Mike Sena.

Other sponsors that will be helping the team are:  Stud Boy  Traction, J&J Trucking, Champion Tire, Mike's Towing & Recovery, Mike's Auto Service, Lou's Gun Shop, Jersey Mortgage, C&A Pro, Neary Excavating, Active Disposal, T.A. Elonis Welding and Maaco of Middlesex, NJ.

Jesse James plans to compete in the entire East Coast Snocross circuit and a few national events, including the Amsoil Duluth National in Duluth, Minnesota.  The Duluth race is the annual kick-off of the snocross season on Thanksgiving weekend.

Welcome to Jesse James SnoX!

jjbproprint Jesse James Bonaduce (pronounced Bon A dooce) Sno-X is based out of Somerville, NJ.

Jesse has been riding snowmobiles solo since he was four years old. He decided to follow in his father's footsteps, and try racing.

His father and uncles ran the "Duces R Wild" offshore race boat for over ten years in the 1980's and early 1990's.  In Jesse's first race, he was leading the pack, when he accidentally hit the kill switch on his snowmobile. He still managed to place 4th in that race.

Since then, the bug has bit and he is entering his fifth full year of racing.

Last year  was a very successful year for Jesse James, switching up sleds and riding for Ski-doo once again.  He placed seventh  in the Saturday Pro-Lite Championship  and he placed fifth in the Sunday Pro-Lite Championship.  This year he will again be running the Pro-Lite Stock class for the third year.  He has a lot of support from family and close friends.  He has a crew chief, manager and mechanic willing to do what it takes to get to the winner's circle.  He was born to ride snowmobiles, and hopes to add quite a few wins to his resume this season.
